The GreenFlagCard is included with most event or conference registration materials or welcome bags, or we invite you to stop by and visit us at our office at 3003 Dale Earnhardt Blvd., Kannapolis, NC, 28083. Our goal is to make your stay here as enjoyable, easy, and inexpensive as possible so that you will want to return and see us again. We also welcome your feedback to let us know how we can improve this program.

Is there a limit to how often I can take advantage of a GreenFlagCard offer?

The only limit is based on the current offers at any given time. Some offers will specifically state how often you can redeem them, so it is the user’s responsibility to read to offer details on this website. Remember, merchants and businesses can add or remove their offers at any time, so be sure to check the GreenFlagCard website often to keep up to date on the current offers.

What if I lose my GreenFlagCard?

Visitors and members of the military can simply come to the Cabarrus County Convention and Visitors Bureau Visitor Center at 3003 Dale Earnhardt Blvd. (I-85 Exit 60 West), and present your Military I.D. or out-of-county drivers license to receive a new card.
